Stuffing includes a base to set your balloon on, the stuffing of the items, tissue shred, little balloons inside, curling ribbon, and a deluxe topper with balloons.

Balloons can pop when exposed to Sun, heat, temperature change, wind, sharp objects, static and people. After the décor is set in place Bobbin Ballons is not responsible to replace any balloons that pop.
